Hong Kong Blues

Formed during the latter stages of the 2009 - 10 season, the Hong Kong Blues now has about 30 members. Most of us are expats, but we have a few HK locals, a convert from The Philippines and a Manc airline pilot based in Chicago who joins us when he's flying the HK route!  We formed the branch after few of us, who had actually managed to find fellow blues to watch a game here, all shared the same story of there being no real outlet [apart from the excellent MCIVTA newsletter] to get to meet likeminded fans. With the aim of fixing that issue for anyone else coming to HK from now on and to get to know more fans already here, we started out with about 6 of us and in a couple of months word of mouth and emails had grown our numbers to their present levels. Most of our members have introduced at least one or two others.

Meeting to watch games in Trafalgar (http://www.trafalgar.com.hk/), 5/F, 54-62 Lockhart Road, The Braodway, Wan Chai, we welcome anyone who is visiting HK on business or on holiday to join us and anyone who is moving to HK to work can also become an official member of the branch. Simply turn up at Trafalgar when you know a game is on and look for the blue shirts or for any information contact us and we would be pleased to help you.
